Completed Culinary School at the Louisiana Culinary Institute in Baton Rouge Louisiana, nominated and selected as on the Top 25 Best Chefs of Louisiana 2020, nominated Country Roads Magazine Small Town Chefs Award, serves as the wild caught Board member for Louisiana Seafood Promotion Marketing Board, Consultant Chef for Louisiana Direct Seafood Shop New Iberia Louisiana, and South Region Regional Director for Cervicide Hunting Club.
